If a match in the knockout stage of a World Cup Finals or continental championship finals happens to be a UFWC title match and goes to extra-time and penalties, should we count the extra-time and penalties as part of the title match? Extra time and penalties do count in the UFWC, as in the recent match between Angola and Botswana in July - it ended 1-1, but Angola won on penalties, so retained the title and got a ranking point for the win.
