I'm pleased to announce that a UFWC book - an official guide to the Unofficial Football World Championships - is to be published this year.
So far the book features an in-depth introduction, history, and explanation of the UFWC, a summary of the UFWC rules, detailed analysis of 50 classic UFWC matches (two pages per match - this is the main body of the book), a UFWC Hall of Fame featuring 50 players who have made their mark on the tournament, full results for every UFWC match with highlighted milestones and key games, UFWC ranking tables and analysis, plus specially commissioned artwork showing key moments and characters from the UFWC!
Is there anything else you would like to see in the UFWC book? The idea is for it to appeal to people who have never heard of the UFWC before as well as dedicated fans like ourselves.
Please let me have your ideas either by posting here or emailing me, and we can make sure that the book is the ultimate UFWC handbook!

This is obviously purely selfish but how about a section on the people who originally started this all off?
I'm thinking, obviously, of myself but also the others who contributed to the Guardian website?

Cool! Thanks very much. If you want any more info on me, please feel free to ask. I could give you a whole book if you wanted!
Please be assured that this is written tongue-in-cheek. If you do want any info, let me know but I really am not expecting you to want anything.
Cheers.
